In cases of third party providers used for booking appointments, payment processing and course content, these services are compliant to high security standards in protecting your information. Unfortunately, despite best efforts to protect information, electronically transmitted data is at its own risk and cannot be guaranteed 100% secure. Sessions done remotely, participant(s) are solely responsible for confidentiality and privacy at each location.


Sessions are confidential; however, there are three confidentiality limitations required by law. 1) If a situation is suspected involving child or elder abuse, it is required to report to proper authorities. 2) If there is danger to self or others, appropriate actions are taken to protect from harm. 3) If a court orders to present records, there is obligation to comply.
